You head into the bathroom to wear a disguise.
Disguising isn't a foolproof skill you remind yourself. Just like in games you've played, anyone who stares long enough can tell it's you. If you're known, then you're screwed if you're seen for too long. However, if all folks have to go for you is a description then you're pretty safe unless you draw attention to yourself. You'll assume that this squad knows how you look like and they're at least some form of professionals. Sure you got a scythe that can cut through armored vehicles, but you're not particularly "armored". A few shots at the back of the head and you're dead.
You exit the bathroom with a hoodie from a nearby college, a black wig, jogging pants, and a face mask. Before you leave your apartment, you prime some of the traps you've set a long time ago and rig the place to blow as a last ditch effort. Sure the Pantheon may not kill you in your home, but if they get all your information and cover their tracks then it will be ages to narrow down their gang again.
