It's actually a sketch your uncle made of yours and Cadus's parents on a paper made to look like a photograph. You recall it's like that as part of UNCLE RAIMOND's art style.
The sketch depicts the four as if they were having an actual photograph being taken. The sketch done before their last mission as a squad before resigning from the army. It's still a miracle that the "photograph" was left mostly unharmed after the fire.
